At Divine Threads Events, we cultivate intentional spaces that uplift holistic wellness, spiritual practice, and creative expression. Each gathering is curated to be inclusive, peaceful, and aligned with metaphysical values.

• •Location: 129 Industrial Ave., Coldwater, MI 49036, unless otherwise specified
• •Event type: outdoor, rain or shine, unless otherwise specified
• •Booth size: 10x10 canopy space, unless otherwise specified
• •Vendor fee: $20 per event, unless otherwise specified
• •Electricity: not available
• •Provided: space only
• •Parking: assigned area

• •Set-up begins 1 hour prior to event start (must be fully ready prior to opening)
• •Event hours: announced per event
• •Tear-down begins at event close
• •Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval

Important: final event times and dates will be confirmed prior to each individual event. Vendors are responsible for reviewing and adhering to each confirmed schedule.

All events are rain or shine.

• •Vendors are responsible for preparing for all weather conditions, including wind, rain, heat, or cold
• •No refunds will be issued due to weather-related discomfort or low attendance
• •In the event of severe or unsafe weather requiring cancellation by the organizer, a refund or event credit will be provided

For the safety of all participants:

• •All vendors must provide their own 10x10 canopy tent
• •Tents must be properly secured with weights (recommended: minimum 40 lbs. per leg)
• •Vendors are responsible for ensuring their setup is safe and stable

Failure to comply may result in being asked to adjust or remove the setup.

By signing this agreement, vendors agree to:

• •Provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials
• •Arrive on time and remain for the full duration of each event
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth space
• •Prepare for outdoor conditions
• •Comply with all local laws and regulations
• •Conduct themselves with respect, kindness, and professionalism

Divine Threads is a spiritually inclusive and intentional environment. Vendors agree to:

• •Honor all spiritual paths and belief systems
• •Maintain cultural awareness and sensitivity
• •Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space
• •Engage respectfully with guests, staff, and fellow vendors

All goods and services must align with the holistic, spiritual, and metaphysical nature of Divine Threads Events.

• •Approval is required prior to participation
• •Unapproved items may be removed at the organizer's discretion

• •Vendor fee: $20 per event, unless otherwise specified
• •Payment secures your space and activates promotion
• •Cancellations more than 7 days prior: eligible for refund or credit
• •Cancellations within 7 days: non-refundable
• •If an event is canceled by the organizer, vendors receive a refund or event credit

By participating in Divine Threads Events:

• •Vendors grant permission for photos and videos of their booth, products, and setup to be taken
• •These materials may be used for marketing, promotional content, and social media
• •No compensation will be provided for use of these images

• •Vendors are responsible for their own property, setup, and insurance
• •Divine Threads Events and Gypsy Light are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury
• •Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation

• •Booth sharing is allowed with prior approval
• •No electricity is available
• •Food vendors must be pre-approved
• •Repeated no-shows or failure to follow event policies may impact eligibility for future events

Can I leave early? No early breakdowns are permitted.

Do I need insurance? It is recommended. Vendors are responsible for their own coverage.

How do I get featured? Submit product photos and branding materials for promotion.
